Job Responsibilities

- Receive and solve all customer quires in timely and professional manner.

- Responsible for maintaining all communications of digital platform and other customer interactions points.  

- Any other assigned tasks are given by management.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex consultancy services to clients in a simple, clear manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive personality.
  • Experience with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
