Context

• Conduct risk assessment & toolbox talk at site and ensure zero harm.
• Maintain safe operating procedure SOP and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping at site and cleaning maintenance on equipment.
• Inventory management of the spares & wear parts.
• Ensure effective coordination with operation team and plant team at Chattak.
• Ensure effective odor management at the Material Recovery Facility MRF
• Ensure effective loading and logistics arrangement.

Management:

• Maintenance schedule to be followed.
• Ensure resources i.e. manpower and heavy equipment are available and sufficient for smooth day to day operation.
• Daily, weekly & monthly planning with operation team.
• Ensure effective shift operation by closely monitoring the shift activities and coordination between N-1 & shift workers.
• Ensure the key messages especially the risks associated with different activities are communicated effectively with the operation team.
• Maintain effective maintenance plan for daily, weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance of the equipment and execute accordingly to ensure availability of equipment.
• Ensure critical spares are available at site.
• Monitoring of key performance indicators, conduct gap analysis and define action plan accordingly.

Technical / Functional skills:

• Understand different techniques of waste sorting & preparation for thermal process.
