Job Responsibilities

 

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces following hotel standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and wash windows as required.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness in all guest areas.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional amenities, such as towels or toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping manager.
  • Restock supplies in cleaning carts and ensure they are organized.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in laundry services if required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition to carry out duties that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
