Job Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces following hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and wash windows as required.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness in all guest areas.
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities, such as towels or toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping manager.
- Restock supplies in cleaning carts and ensure they are organized.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in laundry services if required.
