- Manage Daily Petty Cash of Head Office
- Prepare Monthly and Yearly Financial and Administrative Report
- Create Invoice and Deliver on-time to Customer
- Manage Company's Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Update Office Policies as per Management Requirement
- Track and Analyse Company's Expenses Frequently
- Track Company's Inventory on Store and Submit Monthly Inventory Report for Management
- Organize a Filling System for Important and Confidential Company Document
- Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements of the Company
- Knowledge on VAT and TAX related issues.
- Communicate with Clients for Outstanding Bills via Calls, Emails and Face-to-Face Contact
- Provide Support to Customer, Supplier, Investor and Employees when Needed
- Organize Meeting and Record Notes and Messages for Management
- Prepared Payroll for Company's Employees
- Prepare Project-wise Profit and Loss Statement
- Any other Tasks Assign by the Management
- Ability to Work under Pressure
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in both Bangla and English
- Ability to Work with Team
- Strong Knowledge on Office Procedures
- Experience with Office Management Software like MS Office, Google Drive and other Computer Applications
- Must Have 'Can Do' Attitude
- Fast Typing Speed with Few Errors in both Bangla and English
- Strong Organization Skills with a Problem-Solving Attitude
- Ability to Take Challenges
- Should Have Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Accounting Discipline from any University.
Freshers. Experienced candidates will receive preference.
