Job Responsibilities
1. Counseling with prospective students who intend to study abroad and overall responsible for all kinds of activities of Student Visa service.
2. Counseling with Students to Promote USA, Canada, and Australia Admission.
3. Providing information to students of multiple universities as per their requirements.
4. Follow up with prospective students.
5. Overall visa & student counseling.
6. Handle queries, and maintain required documentation.
7. E-mail response with universities.
8. Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ academic needs and goals.
9. Develop personalized education plans and strategies for students.
10. Guide college and university admissions processes.
11. Assist students with scholarship and financial aid applications.
12. Offer support and advice on career planning and development.
13. Conduct workshops and seminars on various educational topics.
14. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in education.
15. Collaborate with other consultants and team members to provide the best possible
service to students.
16. Other duties assigned by the managing committee and MD.
Requirements
Must be patient and focused in doing research.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
Creative thinking and smart.
Standard computer skills, such as MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Self-motivated team player.
Dedicated to working hard and must bear a friendly attitude.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational consulting or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, or a related discipline master’s degree
preferred.
Strong knowledge of college and university admissions processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
