- Provide proper guidelines to students regarding academic programs, admissions requirements, and application process.
- Conduct one-to-one or one-to-multiple counseling to understand students' aims and challenges and provide personalised guidance accordingly.
- Stay updated with institution offerings, curriculum, and campus life to provide accurate information to students and their families.
- Assess university applications and supporting documents, including Statement-of-Purpose SoP, to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.
- Assist students in understanding the financial aspects of their education, including tuition fees, scholarships, and funding opportunities.
- Student Follow-up calls & WhatsApp calls, response to emails.
- Maintain/Update accurate records of counseling interactions and the progress of students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a specific Country, university or program by providing promotional materials and online content.
- Stay updated with current trends in higher education, counseling techniques, and overseas student services.
- Any other assigned task by the management.
- Familiarity with visa regulations, cultural differences, and challenges international students face.
- Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and office software.
Empathetic, patient, and able to provide guidance in a positive and encouraging manner.
- Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s with 1-2 years of prior experience in a relevant field will be strongly preferred.
- Language proficiency in English and Bangla preferable IELTS:6.5 Or More will be given strong preferences
