Job Responsibilities

1. Managing entire showroom responsibilities with overseeing sales staff, taking their feedback, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, motivate and guide them to achieve the assigned individual/team target.

2. Ensuring availability of product merchandising and give a new look of the respective outlet.

3. Carry out day-to-day operations independently and smoothly as per plan.

4. Working with the executive team, such as the marketing or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.

5. Timely reporting to the management.
