Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and maintain client accounts by providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of account statements, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Monitor client accounts for issues or discrepancies and coordinate with the finance team for resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication and branding across client accounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in English

- MBA/M com/B com

Experience

Minimum 1 Year experience in same roles.
