Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall smooth functioning of the institution.
- Make optimum utilization of class time.
- Supervise performance of teacher.
- Ensuring active participation of students in classes.
- Supervise lesson plans, report and worksheets.
- Must have a love of children and teaching.
- Ensure best outcome from team mate
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to lead the team
- Good command in English written and verbal.
- Passion for teaching
Education
Masters or M. Ed.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experienced as a Princepal/Vice Princepal/Head Teacher in reputed school preferably in English medium school. or 15 years experience as a senior teacher with administrative skills.
