Job Responsibilities

● Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
● Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
● Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
● Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work
environment.
● Employee performance evaluation and rapport building, building partnerships
with businesses aligned with human resources.
● Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and employee
databases.
● Amendment of company policy as per the update of labour laws every year or
whenever a local labour law changes, whichever comes first.
● Collaborate with management to support employee development initiatives.
● Assist in organising and coordinating employee events and training programs.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.
● Any other tasks appointed by management are as per business needs.
