** Manage front desk daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries.
** Maintain a smooth communication flow between guests and all hotel departments.
** Ensure the lobby and reception area are always clean, organized, and presentable.
** Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and efficiently.
** Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams for guest needs and special arrangements.
** Manage booking systems and keep accurate records of occupancy and reservations.
** Monitor and control cash, billing, and invoicing operations at the front desk.
** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for hotel management.
** Ensure all security procedures are followed properly at the reception area.
** Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to enhance the guest experience.
** Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the management to support hotel operations.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English spoken and written.
Smart, presentable, and polite behavior.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle guests’ complaints, special requests, and difficult situations professionally.
Good computer skills MS Office, Booking Software, POS systems.
Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and restaurant service basics.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Honors Passed or Running.
Preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality industry.
Previous experience in a managerial/supervisory role will be an added advantage.
Must be flexible with work hours weekends and holidays if needed.
Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Team player with strong coordination skills.
Willingness to take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
