Job Responsibilities

** Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
** Drive restaurant sales growth through effective upselling, special offers, and customer engagement.
** Actively bring corporate events, parties, and private programs  to the restaurant.
** Build strong relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and corporate clients to secure group bookings and events.
** Plan and execute special event programs birthday, wedding, anniversary parties to ensure high client satisfaction.
** Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, service, and hygiene at all times.
** Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain excellent service standards.
** Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, turning them into positive experiences.
** Coordinate closely with the kitchen and banquet teams to deliver flawless service during events.
** Monitor sales targets daily and implement action plans to achieve monthly revenue goals.
** Manage restaurant marketing activities, seasonal promotions, and social media collaboration if needed.
** Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
** Track inventory and manage supply orders efficiently for uninterrupted operations.
** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports for management.
** Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management, especially to boost sales and client satisfaction.

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English both speaking and writing.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant sales, event management, and guest handling.

  • Ability to bring new corporate clients and private party bookings.

  • Professional behavior, smart and pleasant personality.

  • Ability to manage pressure situations, complaints, and operational challenges effectively.

  • Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage service, and event coordination.

  • Basic computer skills MS Office, Email communication, POS/Booking Software handling.

Education

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Honors Passed or Running.

  • Preferably in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Prior experience in 3-star/4-star hotels or well-known restaurants will get extra priority.

  • Strong network with corporate clients or event organizers is a big plus.

  • Must be flexible with work hours weekends and holidays if needed.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Team player with strong coordination skills.

  • Willingness to take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
