- Design engaging online and offline customer-facing marketing / communication material for the relevant team Medium includes but not limited to brochures, emails, event banners, digital banners, social media posts, website content, infographics.
- Research and report on developments in digital design.
- Develop creative concepts in-house working alongside members of the Marketing and Content Marketing teams
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders
- Input into the development of marketing campaign concepts by creative agencies.
- Manage and maintain graphic files, including design work, image libraries, logos in a central, shared location.
- Photo-editing to suit campaign needs.
- Edit video for social media and other digital channels.
- Conducting research and development of creative briefs.
- Creating extensive guideline and template documents.
- A developed understanding of colour processes.
