Job Responsibilities

- Ownership of marketing efforts.
- Acting as a Player-Coach.
- Planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Managing digital marketers and mentoring teammates.
- Working/Collaborating with multiple teams such as support, development, and design.
- Create strategies for, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns. Includes E-mail Marketing, SMM, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Plan, implement, and control proof of concepts through digital media marketing KPIs and Metrics and conduct Performance Marketing.
- Identify changes in marketing trends and optimize resources accordingly.
- Ideate and brainstorm for new growth strategies.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Evaluate customer experience across digital media channels and customer touchpoints.
- Provide thought leadership and novelty perspective for scaling up the game.
- Own and deliver the monthly and annual P&L growth target.

Requirements

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Digital Marketing marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding and experience in Email Marketing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

- At least 2 years of industry experience working in marketing for software as a service company, digital marketing agency, or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing people.
